Terms of Service

1. About KingFah Academy

KingFah Academy is a bilingual (Thai/English) educational app for young children (ages 3–8), operated in Thailand. The Service is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is the account holder.

KingFah Academy is currently operated by Panjama Phophang, an individual based in Thailand, rather than a registered company. These Terms are therefore an agreement between you and that individual. If the business is later incorporated as a registered company, we will update this page accordingly.

2. Accounts

The account holder must be an adult (18+) who consents to these Terms on behalf of the child using the app.

3. Subscription & Billing

KingFah Academy is offered on a subscription basis: 149 THB/month, or 1,430 THB/year (equivalent to ~119 THB/month, billed annually). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for unused time in the current period.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Opn Payments/Omise and/or Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Free trial (if offered)

Any free trial period will be clearly stated at signup; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.

6. Acceptable use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial, family use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the content.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All characters (KingFah, Finn, Mochi), illustrations, audio, and app content are owned by KingFah Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. No professional guarantee

KingFah Academy is an educational supplement and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or replace formal schooling.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via the app or email.
